These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", or "you") and 12bang ("we", "us", or "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the 12bang website accessible at 12bang.ws and all associated services, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, fishing games, and payment services (collectively, the "Services").

2.2 Registration Process

Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by our support team may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

2.4 One Account Policy

Each person may hold only one registered account with 12bang. If we detect multiple accounts registered by the same individual — whether under the same name, address, payment method, device, or IP address — all associated accounts will be suspended immediately. 3.1 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 12bang will never ask you for your password by email, telephone, or any other channel. If you receive a communication purporting to be from 12bang requesting your password, you should treat it as fraudulent and report it immediately.

3.2 Unauthorised Access

You agree to notify 12bang immediately if you suspect or become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any other security breach. Any activity carried out through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — prior to you notifying us of unauthorised access will be treated as authorised by you, and 12bang accepts no liability for losses arising in such circumstances.

3.3 Account Inactivity

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity for a continuous period of 12 months. 12bang reserves the right to charge an administrative maintenance fee against inactive account balances. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before any such fee is applied. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after a period of prolonged inactivity.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met. Wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and minimum odds will be stated in the specific promotional terms. Bets placed on games or markets that are excluded from bonus wagering will not count towards meeting the wagering requirement.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

12bang takes bonus integrity seriously. Activities that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk or hedged bets designed to exploit wagering requirements, withdrawing bonus funds before requirements are met, and colluding with other players to share bonus value. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have its bonuses cancelled and may be subject to account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

5.4 Right to Withdraw Offers

12bang reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion or bonus offer at any time without prior notice. This includes the right to correct errors in promotion communications, whether caused by technical fault, human error, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6.1 Acceptance of Bets

All bets placed on the 12bang sportsbook are subject to the availability of sufficient funds in your account at the time of placement. A bet is not confirmed until you have received a bet reference number and the stake has been deducted from your balance. 12bang reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including where a bet is placed on an event the outcome of which has already been determined.

6.2 Errors and Obvious Mistakes

In the event that an odds error, technical fault, or any other obvious mistake results in a bet being offered or accepted at incorrect odds, 12bang reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to your account. 6.3 Live Betting

Bets accepted before a market suspension are settled normally unless voided under clause 6.2.

However, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may occasionally affect service availability. We accept no liability for losses arising from platform downtime or technical failures beyond our reasonable control.

8.2 Third-Party Game Providers

Games and live casino services are delivered by independent third-party providers. 12bang is not responsible for errors, interruptions, or disputes arising directly from the software or conduct of game providers, except where required by applicable law. 8.3 Maximum Liability

The collection, storage, and use of your personal data by 12bang is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12bang uses SSL encryption across all data transmissions on the platform to protect your personal and financial information. 11.2 Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and 12bang with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings.

11.3 Waiver

No failure or delay by 12bang in exercising any right or remedy under this Agreement shall operate as a waiver of that right or remedy, nor shall any single or partial exercise of any right or remedy preclude any further exercise of that right or remedy.
